Our rule system is divided into 5 tiers, each tier has different kinds of punishments. The higher the tier the stronger the punishment gets!

🟢 **Tier 1:**

- Chat spam

- Swearing

- Disrespect

- Non-English

- Chat filter bypass

- Inappropriate chat

- Excessive Caps.

- Building on spawn barriers

- Inappropriate builds

**Punishment:** Warning -> 2nd Warning -> 3rd Warning -> 15min Timeout -> 30min Timeout -> 1hr Timeout -> 1d Timeout -> 3hr Timeout -> 6hr Timeout

🟡 **Tier 2:**

- Light advertising

- Dming staff (All DMs from players **will** be ignored)

- Pinging staff (Only ping if its emergency or it will be ignored)

- Impersonation

- Glitch abuse

- Event abuse

- Lag machines

- Inappropriate names

- Claim & TP trapping

- In-Game scamming

- Command abuse

- Inventory Flooding

**Punishments:** Warning -> 2nd Warning -> 1hr Timeout -> 1d Timeout -> 1w Timeout -> 30min Ban -> 1hr Ban -> 2hr Ban -> 6hr Ban -> 12hr Ban -> 1d Ban -> 2d Ban

🟠 **Tier 3:**

- Toxicity

- Harassment

- Auto-Clicking & key rebind (PVP)

- 3+ Alts

- Reporting & banning staff

- Account sharing

- Disallowed Modding

**Punishments:** 3hr Timeout -> 6hr Timeout -> 1d Timeout -> 1hr Ban -> 3hr Ban -> 6hr Ban -> 1d Ban

🔴 **Tier 4**

- Hacking & Xraying

- Threats

- Hacking into server & DDoS

- Griefing

- IRL Trading

- IRL Scamming

- Macros and scripts

- Racism & Discrimination

**Punishments:** 1hr Ban -> 3hr Ban -> 6hr Ban -> 12hr Ban -> 24hr Ban -> 1w ban -> 1mo Ban -> Permanent Ban

⚫ **Tier 5**

- Advertising

- Duping

- Major glitch abuse

- Breaking the economy

- Botting

- Leaking & Doxxing

- Inappropriate Skins

- Inappropriate IGN

**Punishment:** Permanent Ban
